McWIL Courtwall panel system

The System
McWIL Courtwall high density panel system has a multilayer melamine playing surface where the wall color layer is permamently infused.  It is NOT a painted surface. The panel walls deliver fast, true rebounds and lively ball action. The lively ball rebound is much preferred by beginners and club level players who enjoy a faster and challenging game, and from top player and professional, as the McWIL walls closely simulate the ball rebound of the all-glass courts used for all top tournaments today. The flush fit of the panels, and the exclusive McWIL non-skid rough surface, ensures consistent, uniform ball rebound.

The Ball Impact Sound
The special McWIL front wall build-up using drywall and a custom rubber granule membrane for sound insulation closely simulates the sound from traditional plaster courts.  McWIL courts provide the tremendous maintenance advantages of the high-density panel surface with the desired playing environment of plaster walls.  Measurements have shown that the decibel figures of the ball impact are in a range of +/-10% compared to all other existing court systems, including sand refilled, painted wood systems.

The Panel Surface , Seems and Ball Rebound
The multilayer, non-paint, permanent surface from McWIL Courtwall panel systems is unaffected by normal use, no resurfacing is ever necessary. The system is guaranteed maintenance free and easy to clean by anyone.  The McWIL system is a very significant advantage for club owners and facility managers in that no plaster or painted surface can be maintenance free.  The consistent uniform ball rebound and the fact the panel seams will not influence the ball rebound is confirmed by the World Squash Federation's accreditation process.
